Core rules

  1. Every player starts with $1 500 and a random street.
  2. Turns are simultaneous — you have 30 s to roll and buy.
  3. Auction timer is 20 s. Highest bid auto-deducted.
  4. 3 houses max per property; hotels are removed for speed.
  5. Bankruptcy = instant spectate — last tycoon standing wins.

How to play (quick start)

  2. Share room code (6 chars) with friends or keep it public.
  3. Customise rules: toggle Free Parking cash & double-rent.
  4. Voice chat: built-in WebRTC — just allow mic access.
  5. Mobile tip: rotate phone → landscape for drag auctions.

  • Orange set pays off fastest; rush two houses before railroads.
  • Use Shift + left-click to bulk mortgage low-traffic streets.
  • CTRL + drag in auction adds $100 increments — out-spam opponents.
