Solitaire Classic (Klondike)
Remember that classic card game from Windows 95? It’s now super fast in HTML5 and comes with a Vegas scoring option.
Classic Klondike rules (1-draw)
- Build four foundation piles (♠ ♥ ♦ ♣) from Ace → King.
- Tableau stacks alternate colour and descend (7♦ → 6♣ → 5♦…).
- Only Kings (or piles starting with King) may move to empty columns.
- Flip one card at a time from stock; cycle unlimited times.
- Vegas mode charges $52 buy-in, pays $5 per card on foundation.
Keyboard & mobile shortcuts
- Space — flip card from stock.
- D — auto-send available cards to foundation.
- Double-tap a face-up card on mobile to auto-move.
- Hold & drag stack with one finger; two-finger tap to undo.
- Z or ⌘Z — unlimited undos (no Vegas penalty).
Winning tips
- Expose hidden cards in the longest tableau column first.
- Delay sending low-rank cards (2, 3) to foundation — they help build runs.
- Cycle stock once before committing to a King in an empty column.
- In Vegas scoring, every undo costs nothing but preserves your streak.
