When you share comments or any content with us, you’re giving OverCrit the green light to use that content however we see fit. This means we can keep it, share it, change it up, and show it off to others. And we can do this anywhere in the world without having to pay you for it.

You represent that you own or control all rights in your UGC and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats or abusive behavior;
  • Uploading viruses, malware or harmful code;
  • Impersonating any person or entity;
  • Collecting data from other users without consent;
  • Scraping or otherwise harvesting data from the Site.

6. Third-Party Links & Content

Our website might have links to other sites and some embedded content too. Just a heads-up, we don’t have control over those sites, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your privacy or what they put out there. So, it’s a good idea to check out their terms and policies before diving in.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These rules are based on the laws in Australia, specifically in New South Wales, and we won’t consider any conflicting law issues from other places. If there’s ever a disagreement, we’ll sort it out in the New South Wales courts.
