6. Third-Party Links & Content
Our website might have links to other sites and some embedded content too. Just a heads-up, we don’t have control over those sites, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your privacy or what they put out there. So, it’s a good idea to check out their terms and policies before diving in.

This means if something unexpected happens while you're checking things out or using our services, we won't be held accountable for it.
11. Indemnification
If anything goes wrong because you didn't stick to these rules or messed up your user-generated content, you promise to protect OverCrit and its partners. This means you'll take care of any claims, costs, damages, or legal fees that might come up. Basically, if there’s a problem caused by your actions, you’re on the hook to cover it.
12. Termination
We might pause or stop your access to the site at any time without giving you a heads-up if you break these rules or for any other reasons that come up. Once your access is terminated, you won't be able to use the site anymore.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These rules are based on the laws in Australia, specifically in New South Wales, and we won’t consider any conflicting law issues from other places. If there’s ever a disagreement, we’ll sort it out in the New South Wales courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We can change these Terms whenever we need to. If there are big changes, we'll put them right here and add a new Last updated date. If you keep using our services after we make these changes, it means you agree to the new Terms.
